Zazzle is a print-on-demand company and online marketplace for artists to upload their designs and sell them on hundreds of different products. All of the designs on the Delightful Dachshund Gifts website are fulfilled through Zazzle, which means that they are responsible for printing, packaging and delivering the products you purchase.
After you browse our products by theme or category and you select the item you want to purchase, click on the "BUY NOW" button. That button will open a new browser window and take you to that product page on the Zazzle website where you can make additional size, style and color selections before adding it to the cart to checkout.
If you wish to order additional products, visit our Zazzle store where all the products are available for purchase.
To track an existing order, please log into your Zazzle account and review your Order History.
The 4 Stages of Order Status
Pending: We have received your order and are in the process of manufacturing it.
Processed: Your order is in the creation phase or is awaiting shipment.
Shipped: We have queued your order for shipment. In the case of traceable packages, a tracking number is issued at this point. Please keep in mind that if your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST) or on a weekend, then it was not put in transit until the following business day.
Canceled: Your order has been formally canceled within our system. If you are unsure why your order has been cancelled, please contact Zazzle Customer Support.
